Lemon essential oil is cold-pressed from the rinds of lemons. Lemons and lemon essential oil is effective to get rid of dandruff. Lemon is known for it’s ability to cleanse toxins from the entire body.
Tea tree oil is known for its powerful antiseptic properties. With very similar moisturizing properties to coconut oil, tea tree oil also has the ability to soothe dry flaking skin and remove dandruff. To make homemade tea tree oil shampoo, mix several drops of tea tree essential oil with aloe vera gel and coconut milk.
Conditioning your hair with eggs enhances hair growth due to the beneficial vitamins and great protein. Hair is composed of 70 percent keratin protein, so egg protein helps rebuild damaged hair by filling in weakened spots along the hair strand.
Honey is an emollient. Emollient means it locks in the moisture in your hair. This process is what keeps it conditioned. This reduces breakage which causes slower hair growth.
